Absolutism, idealism in the abstract is good for only one thing, and that is for us to know that it is there and that it is the source of all needful good, that is God Almighty; but on that level, as that abstraction absolutism, it’s of no value to us.

It is just like the radio: you turn it off, it does not turn itself off. And when you turn it on again, it is always there ready for you. It always was, but you did not have the proper connection. It is the same with the still, small voice.
